Items on custom templates that are not in the format

I would like to have items, like view labels, that are on a drawing template, but not in the drawing format. However, when Onshape exports this to dwt, only the drawing format is exported.

    @mbartlett21 Can you be more specific here?  Is this mainly to add annotations that are linked (associated) to a view?  This way it moves with and it attached to the view itself?

    I would like tables in the template that are editable.
    Currently to do this, I have to unlock the format.

    A revision table for example?  That would be good.

    @MBartlett21 This should be supported today.  Adding a table on a drawing and not assigning it to the format layer will still be saved in the template.  So Rev tables should work.
