Issue with self-intersecting part

Hello,
I'm trying to fully rotate a triangle (which is at an angle) around a vertical axis, however I keep getting the error of "self-intersecting part" and that it could not regenerate properly. I've attached a screenshot of my model below. For some reason, if I rotate it 359.99 degrees, it does not have an error. But at 360 degrees, a full rotation, or 180 degrees in two directions, I get an error.
Any help would be much appreciated! I really need this to be a full rotation and a 359.99 degree rotation won't work for this project....

It is because it would have both sides if the part touching at the bottom point
It should work if you put a vertical line there
