You can use the Move Face feature to make edits like this:

The top one is easiest, you can move face using Up To Entity as the End Type, and select the side face of the bend, or one of the vertices of the side face of the bend as the up-to entity.
The bottom is a bit trickier, you probably want to push the side face of the bend inwards be using move face on it, and then see how the flange reacts?
Usually for these things it is best to post the URL of your document so that we can actually go in and try things out:
