DRAWN BY is not updating when copying a drawing

I have been copying some drawings today done by someone else. This process works great but they still have the old DRAWN BY name and DATE DRAWN on the title block. I would have thought it should update when copied to the person doing the copying and the date copied.

Especially when you have an Onshape support agent's name appearing there because he helped you fix a problem in your doc.
I know you can manually override them in the properties, but i don't know if that breaks the automatic date5
