Subassembly don't seem to update when update all

I did a modification into a subassembly :
When a I go into the assembly, i do update all and the modification of the sub assembly don't seem to be here with the update. I need to do "replace instance" to have the modifiation.
The sub is not pinned, so it's suppose to be up to date?
