I shared a document with all members of my team. Why is it that some members can not edit and some cannot even see the document?

In the document there should be a share that shows your team name (Office in this case) and the permission that team has (Can Edit in this case)
The team members are defined in the company settings (Not sure if it is still called that with EDU accounts)
Here you can see the team name was defined as Office
and the members are listed with the email address associated with their Onshape login.
If the email address listed here is not the same as what you have listed in your account profile then it won't recognize you.
For example, say you created your account with marvas_email@gmail.com and they linked it to marvas_school_email@schoolaccount.edu
then marvas_school_email@schoolaccount.edu would have permission. But Onshape won't know that it is you unless you set a secondary email (see next image)
I'm not going to post my emails on the forum, but take it on faith Primary and secondary are different. These are both linked to my account profile.
If either of these are set in the team settings, my account should have access.
That way I can give my personal email address to people I want to share with me outside of work, and my company can still share with my work email without needed to know my personal email.
That is really about as complex as it gets with sharing5

Are you sure those who cannot see it are members of the team?
Have they logged in, or are they in view only mode (look for a sign in button on the top right)
I found that when team members share a document with me, I cannot edit even though they have included such permissions in the share.
Please help and thank you in advance.
