potential violation of Terms of Use ??

I have received an e-mail that said i violated the therms of use.
It's saying i'm using onshape for commercial use, and if i don't call, an apperently U.S. number, my account will be closed.
what is going on??
i NEVER made any money with onshape, nor do my designs look like anything, somebody would buy.
 Dear Sebastian,
It has been brought to my attention that your continued use of Onshape may be in violation of our Terms of Use, found here.  We believe you may be using Onshape's Free plan for commercial use. See here The Free plan is for non-commercial / personal use only. See section 4C.

To remedy this situation, Onshape suggests you to either give us a call at 617-475-1256 to discuss the matter, or purchase a paid subscription to an Onshape plan (Onshape Professional, Standard, or Enterprise), by Friday, 5 June 2020.  I have added Ethan Maxfield to this email in the case you have any questions about our plans.

Should you choose to purchase a paid subscription plan, please log into your account and click on the Upgrade option in the lower left.

If you believe you are not in violation of our Terms of Use, please contact us. If we do not hear from you by Friday we shall assume you have chosen to have access to your Onshape account suspended.

Sincerely,
Aidan Sullivan
License Compliance Specialist

I got the same email yesterday afternoon, presumably from the same person.  The links point to onshape.com domains and the the sender email address has a PTC.com domain.  Can someone from Onshape comment on this?

There are minor differences - I have until Monday, June 8 and the sender copied a different person (Ben Mollica).

Onshape is owned by PTC. all Onshape employees will have @ptc.com emails

If you want to contact Onshape without responding to the email, then you can go to https://www.onshape.com/contact
    or call +1-844-667-4273

Thanks @john_mcclary - I thought that Onshape might want to address this publicly, if only to confirm that such emails had been sent out and to advise on the official or correct address to use for email on the subject.  Hopefully someone will reply here on Monday.

I can confirm that those emails, names and phone numbers are legitimate, but I can't tell you any more than that.

Thanks Neil - I get enough Netflix "cancellation" notices to warrant double checking.  I'll follow up on Monday.

I have received a similar email from the same person but was given the following number +34 932 29 51 53 which seems to point to a territory in Spain. Would it be "safe" to call the number that OP had received, or does the use of this new number entail that Mr. Sullivan has moved from the US to Spain and is unreachable with the number provided to OP?
