Change distance between sketches

When setting up this drawing, I offset my plane and then made my second sketch.
I've now decided I want to play with dimensions between the two sketch planes, but uncertain on best way to do this with my existing sketches.

I tried adding a construction line, and dimension it between the two sketches & planes of interest.
I then changed the dimension to "change to driven dimension" but this turns it red (over constrained).

The offset is defined in your Plane feature.
