Oh wait, you want to fillet everything. I thought it was a special kind of mass properties. Just box select all parts in a Part Studio.

It’s a day when schools all around the world practice carving up fish

So my question concerns all the stress corner points on the internal and external intersections.  Here is the Front and the ISO.  Does one have to fillet every edge corner one at a time or can one mass global fillet all the stress edges and corner points at one time?

Create a fillet, pick each edge one-by-one or drag a box around the part. This will create fillets of the same size over the whole part. If you want internal and external fillets to be different you'll have to create two fillet features.

It looks like you created that from one sketch. Not good practice. If you want to save clicks, model 1/12th of it, add the fillets, mirror, then pattern x 6.

Sketch 1 Created 18 lines, circular pattern, extrude 1/2".  Sketch 2 , revolve remove for taper revolve 360 degrees. Sketch 3 & Hole feature command.  Chamfer.

Finally thanks to one of the very kind and nice responses in the original post a Global Mass Fillet can be applied to the entire model in the part studio.

Definitely a good candidate for Selection Fillet. If you can share a link to you part I can show you a few ways to approach it.

I just made a copy and added a few different Selection Fillet features to demo some of the possibilities. Just suppress one, and unsuppress another to check out what's inside. https://cad.onshape.com/documents/a4009b5e22f6dd75a9eceb0e/w/011b2117b3d7b072959acb87/e/706e8ec3571f5d26940ece7b
