Reposition objects from Measure Tool

It would be nice if the tool with which we can measure would also allow us to change values. Example: you measure the distance between two boxes. Then you select and alter the X value. You then pick which object to apply the new value to. (While the other remains fixed and temporarily works as the 0 point for the operation.) This is particularly nice when you start out eyeing an assembly and then get more precise as you go. Yes, you can use mates to get precise, but it would be nice to have a spit and bailing wire tool to just work stuff out on the cuff.

@monkey_like_spam Measure would not allow this and depending on what you select to measure, that dimension might not be tied to anything directly.   You can use the triad to do precise movements today if you like.  This would be the best way to achieve this.
