Why won’t my sketch extrude?

In your part studio you have many sketches that create a single closed loop which will not be recognized as a closed loop in the extrude feature. What you can do is create a new sketch on the right plane and use the Use (Project/Convert) feature to project all other sketches to this sketch, then use this sketch to extrude a solid part.
