Tapered Cylinder with ribs (Knob)

Hey All! I'm trying to model a knob that has tiny ribs all the way around. I can make the part as a straight cylinder but can't then draft it to create a slight taper. To make the knob wider at the base.
I started with a circle, added a tiny triangle to the edge and then used circular pattern to get my start and then extruded. But can't then draft it to make the whole thing tapered. I've also tried extruding a cylinder, adding a draft to it, and then removing the circular patterned triangle from the top, but I can't seem to get it to follow the slope.
Any help you can lend?

Fillets have a way about themselves that elucidates such a response
Actually I think @Evan_Reese latest entry has got mine beat by quite a bit. That is slick
When @mahir said there’s too many ways that it could be done, well that actually put a smile on my face.
And with Evan’s latest model, I thought — it would be pretty cool if everybody joined in on this
Myself — I love seeing other peoples work. I’d like to see however many models an individual would like to post
I think this whole thing should be based LOOSELY upon the original posters requirements. And I would stress loosely. Because I sure wouldn’t want to put a damper on somebody’s creativity
So if other people are interested, then how about posting something for others to see.
Show us your creativity. Show us your techniques. Show us your style or the beauty in the simplicity of your design. Show us how you are able to incorporate some of the really cool featurescripts. I can picture some of Evans patterning tools coming into play here. Show us the brevity of your feature tree. Show us any stinkin thing !!!
And to the professional users — show us some renderings if you feel so inclined
So to all the pros, to the hobbyists, to the educators and students, and to the Onshape employees, what say?
Are you guys game?
And the rules of the game should be this ——
Post what you got
Let us see your work
That’s it
That’s it in total
Nothing more — nothing less
Just let us see what you got
Whatever you want to hone in on or emphasize whether it be beauty or technique or whatever, COME ONE, COME ALL
Just give us at least a half serious effort — even if you have a silly grin on your face while you’re making the model

That last one of yours is a wicked looking little knob
I like it
Here's my latest
Would not be surprised if the feature tree could be whittled down on this one
I'll look at it latter.

We need some more people in here! @alnis, @MichaelPascoe, @romeograham, @john_mcclary
what you got?
I mean I thought it would be really cool if we came up with a ton of different ways to do knobs. Just for the fun of it !
It’s not a competition. It’s just a fun thing
Come on now — with Pascoe doing moldings and corbels and decorative columns … who knows what he would come up with
And don’t tell me McClary doesn’t have something lurking up in that grey matter
Good time to practice your Onshape smart phone skills on a Saturday if you’re kickin back. That screen will work fine for a knob
And yeah — how about you other guys
Romeo, Bryan, Alnis, Bruce, Robert
And how about Neil

I've got one more. I'm getting pretty far from the brief at this point, could be a 3D printed drawer pull. A bit maximal for my taste, but I'm having fun.

Looks like you built that Profile Sweeper you were talking about a while back. Any plans to officially release it?
Nice job Dirk. How those rounded ribs get thinner and how they terminate under that cap, I really like that. That’s a very nice detail. Elegant design. And in six features no less. Yikes
Now Bryan’s — I want one of those. In fact I want a dozen of those.
That’s the kind of knob that would allow me to really crank it down. That thing looks like you could put it on the hardware store shelf right now and people would be swoopin that thing up
And Evans latest — well the man has gone wild. The picture had me just staring at that sucker trying to figure out — how in the world did he do this !
Well here’s my latest. It only took me about 8 or 9 times as many features as Dirks. LOL. I’ve got to figure out how to model in less steps !
I probably should’ve did a circular pattern in assembly for all the small parts but the part studio was working fine so I just did it in there
