Suggestion: Fill tool with extrude function directly available.

When we want to fill a hole, we have the "fill" tool, but this one only makes a surface, which we still have to extrude if we want to add to the current part. It would be nice to be able to directly transform the surface into a solid with the blending options.

     Fill does make a solid from a surface body if it closes it up. Some screenshots would help me see what you're going for and suggest a workflow.
