I'm trying to use "Shell" command but unfortunately it doesn't work

It is likely the thread that is causing it to fail. Try doing the shell before the thread features. If you can share the URL we can take a look.

In my browser, I select the URL (the web address), and then I copy it
Then, I simply past it into a post in this forum

When I click on your link, it just opens up to MY ONSHAPE page
But it does not open up your document

Tap on my name

Then tap where it says message

And I believe I will be notified by email

If you're on a free account this works because everything is already public. If you're on Pro or Enterprise it's harder. You need to first click the blue "share" button up top, and choose "Public" > "Make public". Once that's done you can just send the url.
