Move-to-Folder or Nested-Labels to Organize Documents-Shared-with-Me?

What are my options for organizing documents shared with me?
Please tell me that I missing something obvious here. I will happily eat crow, in the event that I am mistaken. However, this appears to be a significant opportunity-for-improvement (trying to maintain a positive attitude about this) for a CAD platform that touts PDM capabilities.
Hypothetically speaking, suppose that I was a lone freelance CAD contractor designing a tiny component, for a particular sub-assembly, of a particular system, of a particular vehicle model, for a very large client. Would I tag every document that said client shares with the same Great-Big-Company label? What happens as more projects from the same Great-Big-Company accumulate? It seems a bit like having a filing cabinet with no folders inside. Where, oh where, did I leave that widget? Oh yeah, in that deep cavern with the big echo.

I can see a benefit of having the document show up in the My Onshape area to allow a file to work in your workflow. The file could be colour different or have a 'shared' label that you can not remove to tell the difference.
