Laying out flat parts onto a drawing

I have the following model, where all the edges are to be laser cut from 3mm plywood.
What workflow would you suggest, to be able to make a drawing of this?
If I simply import the parts, I get tilted versions, due to the pieces being brought in with the orientation in the Part Studio.
My own plan is to make an assembly studio where I place the parts "flat", then make a drawing out of that. Any alternatives?

@asko_kauppi, Try Auto Layout for nesting within a part studio. This will lay out or "nest" all of your parts.
