Snap dimensions to whole/.5 while dragging in Sketch or other tools

Not sure if this is somehow possible, however, I wasn't able to find a way to do it.
I am looking to have the dimensions when dragging for example a line in a sketch automatically “snap” to whole millimetres.
This would speed up sketching a lot, since I wouldn't have to enter the exact value afterwards for every line, etc.
Please tell me if I am missing something here.
