Onshape Keeps Diconecting

The problem started around 2 days ago. I keep getting the message that onshape has disconnected, this wasn't the case before. I've also changed the computer i am using but the problem still persists.

This is caused by something blocking websockets. It can be on your network (talk to your IT folks) or a security tool on your machine. Any known changes to either of those recently?

There are many thousands of people connected to Onshape right now, so the problem is most likely in your local environment.

Can you create new documents and/or open public documents? What device are you running it on and is the operating system and browser up to date? Can you also try clearing your cookies and browser cache? Thanks.

we've been having very poor performance the last couple of days also.

We just had a moment where we tried to open the home page and it said Onshape cannot connect.
Even though he was still able create mates in a model in another tab.

After 5 minutes or so he was able to see the home page, then it took us another 2 minutes just to browse 2 folders deep to open a document.

I jumped on here to see if anyone else was experiencing issues or if it was just me.

I've been staring at this spinner trying to up date a couple of properties on the BOM.

I guess it's been going for an hour.

I was off doing other things, but still, it's been like this all day yesterday too.

I can create a new document but when opening it the problem happens. I can open a document, but only assembly studio, and when i change to part studio the problem happens. ive cleared my browser and cookie cache. This is a school laptop, so i dont know the specifics but i know that it is a Lenovo Thinkpad.

Lauren Little assisted me. I think she fixed most of the issues.

It has sped up a lot now. We're still working through it.

We did have a short outage in the US starting at 10:00 EDT today. If you are seeing other performance issues, please open tickets like Neil said.
