Boolean in Sketch mode

Hello, I am needing some kind of boolean for sketch mode and I cannot figure it out. I have a part that I want half of it trimmed off but I cannot do it so I just used a bunch of little boxes so I could select the sections I want for extrude which works but seems wrong. Is there a better way?

Not sure what exactly your trying to do. need more specifics. maybe the website learn.onshape.com would help.
I think this is what you're looking for. Your sketch wants to be trimmed better and built with constraints.
What are all the squares for? Done correctly you won't need fillers.
