How can I extend a Ball Screw

I have import a ball screw that measures 300mm but I need it to be 400mm how can I extend the threads?

    Hey Felix. Welcome to Onshape. In this document I took a segment of the screw out of the 'middle', duplicated it, moved the appropriate segments and booleaned all the segments back together. Planes and surfaces could also be used as split entities. - Scotty

    "Move face"/translate "should" work, so I would try this first…

    In this particular instance of commodity CNC parts, the vendors usually have the all the lengths they offer as cad models. That's another option.

    @félix_antoine_couture. It's quite simple to model a ball screw… if this is going to be a recurring issue for you, you should try modeling it natively!
