how to sctch a shape along a curved line?

I have a project where i need to create a slot for flexi ply to go into so nee it to be a smoother curve and be one consistent width i have made a rough idea you can see in the rightplane of part 3 but need it to be better as at the moment the width is very insonsistent as i just made it by copying the side profile and transforming it to a smaller scale twice. Any help would be much appeceated
