Multiple drawing sheet issues

In drawings when having multiple sheets, the drawing number and revision number typed into sheet 1 is not auto generated into the following sheets. This will not change, so it should be auto generated. Page numbering seems to work fine.
It would also be great if one could copy section views, detail views etc into different pages.
