Import from Collada (.dae)

I seem to be unable to import .dae files, and I'm wondering whether it is possible with OnShape.
I find this page as the second google result for "onshape supported import type" which states that Collada 1.4.1 is supported.
When I do the following:

When I do the following:
- Begin a new document
- Press the plus sign, import a document
- Choose one of a few sample .dae files I downloaded from http://www.turbosquid.com/ (confirmed to be version 1.4.1)
- It is not recognized as a part, I get the following screen
