    Hi Lee,

    I would use a Fastened mate and offset down on the Z until the screw is approximately the right position  
    Or Alternatively a combination of Cylindrical and Tangent mates for positioning perfectly to the counter sunk hole. This will show position and change if the screw or counter sink size changes. Maybe the better option but it takes double the mates.

    I agree that 3dcad's method is simple but still an approximation. if you wish  an accurate depth I agree that Bruce's 2nd method is better.
