why does the zoom doesn't work in this workspace

and all of a sudden I could not zoom in and out as usual with the mouse. is this a known issue? Or did I unintentionally change some settings?

does zoom work in other documents or just that one?
Check if your scroll doesn't work in the web browser.
Check if your scroll wheel is broken by scrolling in windows explorer, or a word document or something.
Check your mouse drivers (if any)
Is this an issue in drawings and/or part studios?
