Mass import of Sldprt files

I've found a repository on GitHub with freely usable models. It imports fine one by one in a document. Is there a way to do a mass import of these models? Perhaps a command line script or a cloud app?

Looked for API, but it seems it's not available to personal/free accounts.

Do you really need all those parts or are you just curious? It would be better to search traceparts for the models you need. Shift+select should do the trick.

Or Mcmaster Carr.     You'd be shocked how many cad files they have. Especially in hardware & fittings.
