Create a sketch in your part studio and place a point at the origin, then insert the sketch into your drawing.

Id like to show the both the origin and the axis, with arrowheads.  Is there some quick way to do this?

Hello, this is an old string, but is there anything better now?
We have pulled in loads of parts to an assembly, and make drawings from this, because we can explode parts.
But we need a reference to the origin, or even one of the major TopFrontRight Planes to give a setting out dimensions from the corner of a room.
We can't seem to use sketches @NeilCooke , because although we can insert sketches into assembly, inserting the assembly into a drawing does not bring the sketch in? At least, we can't work out how to turn this on.
Do I just make some dummy geometry and use this? Whats annoying about this is
a:because there is no way to get an assembly to auto update new parts in the parts studio (this is so frustrating) We have to bring them in manually now the files are set up.
b: We manually have to them out of many saved display states.
c:we have to set up a l lot more duplicate display states because some drawings need the ref origin part in it, and some don't
We tried assembly mates, but these don't come through to drawings either.

Right click on the view in the drawing and select "show sketches"
