hole diameter extrusion error

This is a simple part which is supposed to have a 2.362" diameter hole in the center.  The sketch says 2.362 but the extrusion made from that sketch results in a 2.283" hole

    Note that I changed approach and used the hole feature instead of an extruded circle which resulted in the desired 2.362 hole.

    Glad you found a fix!  If you would like us or the community to take a look at what was going on with the messed up extrusion, you can go back in the history of your document and "Create a version" at a point in history that had the messed up extrusion.  Post the link to that version here and we can take a look!
