  Pretty sweet design over all, nice work!

  

  Here are some things I noticed:

  • This fillet seems to be particularly bad. Try using blend face here instead.
    
  • 155 seems like a lot of features for how simple and clean the drone design is. I imagine you could do this in 60 features or less.
    
  • When taking a section view along the purple rods:
    • There is an interference with the wing and the wing rod.
    • The loose fit tolerance for the purple rods may be too loose. I usually use 0.005in for a loose fit that still allows for glue.
    • Where the purple rod meets the tail fin area, there are open gaps where the rod holder doesn't properly meet the tail fin.
      
  • The tail fin corners need some work, the curvature is bad there. Perhaps try a different method or use guide curves.
    
  • The right fin didn't get the boolean operation for the rod clearance.
