How to add a "half cone" to the side of an object

Hi experts!
(FYI I am 100% new to both 3D modelling and OnShape, so apologies for any ineptitude/ignorance!)
I am trying to attach essentially a 'half-cone' to the side of a round object, but not sure how to get there. Please see image, you can see the semi-tubular structure on the top of the 'cup' shape (to the right in this image). Rather than this being a half tube, I'd like it to be a cone - imagine half an ice-cream cone stuck there(!). Can anyone advise how I might do this please? (Baby steps if possible….)
(FYI I am able to create a standalone cone in OnShape, but can't figure out how to do it on the side of another object, in this case, a circular one)
Thanks in advance for all and any help, 👍️

You could revolve a cone in that position. Or you can just apply a draft to the cylinder you already have.
Thank you @MDesign , if you have the time could you explain a little how I would apply a 'draft', it's nothing something I have used yet (I am only 3 days into my OnShape journey…!)
