Rotating circular clicking dial with ultra sonic sensor (HC-SR04) in the middle

Hi all,
I want to design a Rotating circular clicking dial with an ultra sonic sensor (HC-SR04) housed in the middle facing downwards, the point is so that the sensor can be rotated in a adjusted position in 360°. The dial can be manually rotated. Is there anything similar to this someone has made since I can't find anything online and I'm pretty new to 3d printing.

You stated you want to design this, but your statements indicate you are looking to copy it. Not judging but, if you want to copy it or have someone else do it for you, you're probably in the wrong place.
If you want to create/design this in Onshape, just get started. See what you can figure out. If you get stuck, someone here will try to help you.
