In a recent update we pushed, some users were experiencing issues either signing in or opening documents. This issue is related to the browser's cache and can be fixed by simply clearing the cache.

Google Chrome:
  1. Click on hamburger menu in the upper right.
  2. More tools -> Clear Browsing Data...
  3. Check only Cached images and files
  4. Click Clear browsing data

Mozilla Firefox:
  1. Click on hamburger menu in the upper right.
  2. Click on History icon
  3. Select Clear Recent History...
  4. Check only Cache
  5. Click Clear Now

Apple Safari:
  1. Make sure Safari's Develop menu is on in Preferences -> Advanced (Show Develop mode in menu bar)
  2. Pull down Develop menu
  3. Select Empty Caches

If you are having any issues with gaining access or opening documents, please email support 'at' onshape.com to let us know if these above methods are not solving your issues.  Thank you for your patience and we are working to avoid this in future updates.  ~Lou

Another side effect of these changes is that opening documents will display models without edges being visible. Clearing your cache will fix this issue.

You also may see  "Wire 1"  in the feature list if you have a helix in your model. Clearing your cache should fix this issue as well.
