Can you give a visual marker that lets us know if we voted. I constantly seem to remove my vote, just to add it again because i forgot if i voted on something

    Following Lou's info regarding the subtle filled in arrow, I systematically checked IR's that I have raised. 

    What I found is that the initiator of the IR does not automatically flag a vote up.  So I went through and voted for my own IRs. :)
