Flat pattern from convert

Having some trouble creating a sheet metal model for my part.  I realize some features won't be possible so I excluded the faces of them.

    Can you recreate the failing sheet metal model feature and commit it using the green check mark?  It would be helpful to see which faces you're trying to include/exclude.

    This model looks like better suited for Thicken option then Convert

    Ok, I just did that.  I also labeled the features somewhat arbitrarily since I don't have the mechanism that this goes into yet.
