installing a slant to a cut out

The two slots I have here I want to slant downward on the flat faced side of this model, but i don't how to do it so any help would be much appreciated.

Would draft be the answer? As option of Extrude

You have the right idea in draft one. both top and bottom of the opening must be parallel and angled so many degrees downward. this part is a cup holder top plate and must lean down from a 90 degree. how to do that is the question.
