    You need to select the face you want to replace with in the replace face box, not the face box.
    The face box is the face to extend or trim.

    opExtendSheetBody: Sheets
    opEdgeChange:         Edges

    I thought sheets should be surfaces, but that's too confusing. The fact the edges extends & trims means those names are out, same for sheets. You really should launch these through Neil Cooke. they're really good. Put your name in them & contact info as a comment.

    opExtendSheetBody:    Extend Surface
    opEdgeChange:            Change Edge
    opCreateOutline:          Project Body
