Tapped hole call-out dimension precision

I note that changes to whole drawing precision also affects tapped hole call-out dimensions.  For example 2-digit precision (.12) results in a two-digit tap drill diameter which is a round-off error.  This can make it difficult to select a tap drill.  I think it would be better to keep drill diameters to 3-digits regardless of whole-drawing precision changes.

    @bill_daniels We have an improvement to be able to set the precision and tolerance for each parameter in a hole callout.  It's on our radar to deliver.

    Does the enhancement list include additional thread types? (NPT, BSPT, BSPP?)   Drill point angle variables?

    We need those things bad!
