    Seems like it's a problem with an EU server. Are you from the US?

    Are you signed in? When signed in, it opens from EU server in a few seconds. When not signed in, it spins forever - please report a bug for the latter scenario.

    It actually doesn't matter if I'm signed in, cause it's not my document.
