Moving Edges?

Is there a way to move a single edge?

I'm trying to build a model on which one surface is tilted in two different directions. Using the "move surface" command and rotating it only allows me to tilt the surface on one angle.

Below an example made in Sketchup to show the general form, I'm trying to archive

    Two thoughts.
    1. Using Move Face, rotate the front surface about the other stationary edge.

    2. Make the part using a loft with two sketches.
