Custom Feature icons in Enterprise?!?

Is it expected behavior that the icons which developers provide for their custom features don't appear in the tool bar with an Enterprise account?
Without rolling over these, I can barely remember what these are.
My personal Pro account has some different but overlapping custom features installed. That toolbar looks like this:
