how would i change a few of the dimensions of a .DWG site plan

Mirroring imported image in sketch mode
How does one do it? I can't use the mirror feature directly on an image, and if I use it on the dashed lines that surround my reference image, only those lines are mirrored. I can't specify a negative width or height to invert the image. Rotating the sketch plane by 180 degrees doesn't work. Thanks for helping. -
Configuration is ignored when trying to export drawing via API?

Filleting in OS
Filleting needs some serious attention soon. For machine design; Variable, Face to Face with hold line, chordal width, set back are not frequently used, but sometimes are essential to get work done. Please consider these enhancements as a priority. BTW, I don't see how conical made it ahead of variable for machine design?…
