create a curved pipe inside a solid

I have this 3d solid design that I am trying to curve a "bent" pipe-like shape through. I have tried using sweep with spline for the sweep path but it's not working. It's a bit tricky to choose the plane or create an offset plane. I was following this tutorial:

I tried to create a video, but i'm only getting a black screen...

Would a loft from the end of the large diameter into the small diameter work for you?

That works. However, for one of the sweeps the radius of top circle isn't the same as the one connected to it at bottom. I am not sure if this can be resolved? since the original design its all merged somehow.

Again I am not sure if this would be a problem after printing it (3D printing)
