document not showing up the same way on different PC's

Greetings
Our little firm uses OnShape on two different accounts/pc's. I have a document that I have shared fully with the other user but when he logs in, the document looks like it hasn't updated for a while, even though the dashboard says it has. Specifically, my screen looks like this:

note the error message and the missing folder 'Main Assmembly Varieties' in the second version
Any ideas on what's going on.

The message at the top of the screen was probably caused by a slight hiccup we had today (around the time of your posting).

It does appear though (from the different URLs in the screenshots) that you two were looking at two different workspaces.
