How to connect parts using revolute mate without breaking other connections

Hi, here is my example:
I would like to know how to connect Part 1<10> with Part 1<13> using revolute mate without breaking existing connections

It's a little confusing because during the mating operation the longer part will visually break its other associations (only taking account the new mate you are creating), but once you click the green check mark the assembly will re-solve and everything should be fine.Jake Rosenfeld - Modeling Team5

Looks like I was trying to connect wrong parts, I am a beginner and unfortunately doesn't have any experience with CAD software but onshape is awesome!
