ONSHAPE AI ADVISOR (BETA)
The Onshape AI Advisor is an AI-powered Onshape expert created using Onshape's large library of learning materials. It is available to everyone in the Onshape Learning Center.CAD IMPROVEMENTS
SKETCH CONSTRAINT MANAGER
The new sketch constraint manager provides a detailed, filterable list of all sketch constraints that highlights conflicts and external references. Delete any of the sketch’s dimensions, constraints, and entities from this list.WINDOW BOX DESELECT
A crossing window can now be used to deselect geometry by using the CTRL key.KEYBOARD SHORTCUT IMPROVEMENTS
Keyboard shortcuts can be assigned to Collapse all in list and Expand all in list.
DRAWINGS IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECTED VIEWS AND SECTION VIEWS ON VIEWS WITH BREAKS
When creating a projected view or a section view from another view with breaks, the view inherits the same break definition. Section views can also be created directly from a view with breaks.AUTOMATIC CENTERMARKS FOR PARTS WITH LINEAR PATTERNS
Parts that contain linear patterns now provide automatic centermarks and centerlines upon view insertion.
CUSTOM DATUM TARGET AREA
Datum target symbols can now be created using a custom sketched-in shape or area region of your model.
DATUM ATTACHMENT TO WIDTH DIMENSIONS
ENTERPRISE IMPROVEMENTS
RELEASE AUDIT DASHBOARD IMPROVEMENTS
Release notes and the names of approvers from Release Candidates now appear in the Release Audit dashboard.
RENDER STUDIO IMPROVEMENTS
MATCH SCENE PROPERTIES
Match all scene properties of the current Render Studio tab with those of another Render Studio tab. These include settings from the Scene panel, Environment panel, and Named views.
PERSISTENCE OF RENDER OPTION SETTINGS
Render option settings are remembered from the latest render. Settings are retained after the page is refreshed and after logging out and back in. These settings are tab specific.

The Multi-Part Part Studios course has been completely redone. Remember: The updates listed here are now live for all users when creating new Documents. Over the next few days, these features will also be available in Documents created before this update.

The new "Developer" tab in enterprise settings - does this ensure that an application is owned by the enterprise and not an individual user?

The application is owned by the Enterprise/company and can only be used in the context of the Enterprise.
It's worth the wait, I promise.
Well the sheet metal kernel updated and my cursed no-safeguards sheet metal script riddled with bugs is working now so I'm thrilled with the update.
Curious to try the sketch constraint manager and see what it does!
Match scene and persistent render settings was definitely needed, glad to see these!

Question, what is "Expand all in list"?
I stared at the screen like it was hypnotoad watching the constraint manager. If it had existed 15 years ago when I started using Solidworks I would probably have had a year's worth of time freed up.

Constraints manager should be super helpful for diagnosing forum questions 👊
Sure wish there was a select toggle so that users could turn off multi-select on every dang thing as a preference item. This is one of the most frustrating things about Onshape coming from any other 3D CAD platform, including Solidworks.
Expand/Collapse all allows you to open/close all folders in a Part studio Features list or Assembly Instances list. Feature was added last release, shortcut added in this one!

I'm defiantly excited to try that out! I got so used to doing it the hard way all these years, I didn't know something like this was possible.
This should help hunt down those accidental constraints that woke themselves up during placement.

We've been struggling trying to steal an entire assembly from one job into another.
I was creating versions then moving the assembly with references. But sometimes there are mistakes and things get moved that shouldn't. This ended up creating circular references between a bunch of us here. Where we would have to do some version magic to revert the original references back without destroying the weeks' worth of work that happened in between realization.
I tried out the AI Advisor and it pointed something out that I never realized existed.
I didn't know you could copy past an assembly between documents this easy!

If you want to become pro at using Onshape, just practice for a few years and you should get closer to your goal…
