I don't think there is, you can tick the show all constraint checkbox but only select them one at a time. It would be nice if you could add a keyboard modifier so the window only selects constraints, I tried a few but nothing seemed to work.

What would be use cases for this functionality? Just curios..
I think selection filter would sit nicely into 'Select other' menu which should be re-thinked anyway.

Selecting all constraints to delete would be nice. Selecting all dangling constraints to delete would be really nice and then, of course, selecting all external constraints to delete would be great.
I don't normally delete all constraints, but I do delete all dangling or all external constraints.

TIP: Use the transform function (aka move) in a sketch to remove all (dangling) contraints.

Actually, You can't choose them all at once, but you can press and hold the delete button and quickly choose them one right after another.2

Have not seen this idea for many years When window selecting the old Anvil would allow filtering with single key stroke. p-point l-line a-arc/circle s-splines etc. Add c-constraints.

My application Renaissance has a tool that provides a workaround for this.
There is an option that lets you remove all constraints from any number of sketches.

you’ve used a complex face to generate a sketch. You’ve modeled for days afterward. Something changes in the design and you have the sketch referencing geometry that doesn’t exist anymore but still need the sketch as is or modified. Sometimes starting over with constraints is just easier and faster.

Just thought of this….does this help? select everything in your sketch. Ctrl+c (or right click+copy sketch), then delete everything , then ctrl+v (do not right click + paste sketch) and confirm it with left click. doesn't remove all constraints but it does leave you with only those that are related to the sketch lines itself and not the reference geometry constraints. Haven't explored this extensively but this what initial testing has done for me.
