@SethF lol a single branch :joy: sure, why not!

I really wish that one would have worked. After doing some more testing, the privatives were fine up into the millions for my simplified tree studio. So perhaps the issue was the number of mate connectors and instances. I may be able to get that to work still if I used composite parts instead of individual bristles with mate connectors. It's hard to test because it takes quite a bit of effort and then all of a sudden, BOOM, your studio is overloaded and bogged down. The rate is exponential I think from previous tests. But there is a lot going on, there are so many different variables affecting it. Part qty, mate connectors, instances, privatives, etc...

Here are the results for a Regen Sim test I did a while back related to privatives in a part studio:

@MichaelPascoe try placing the branches into individual sub-assemblies and then grouping them together. Maybe that works better

We have quite the turn out. Check out these results!

    Results:

    +4   @Axel_Kollmenter's Floating ornament tree
    +3   @emagdalenaC2i's Ladder tree
    +4   @MichaelPascoe's Traditional tree
    +1   @MichaelPascoe's Lone branch  :D

It was almost a 3 way tie! Still a two way tie between @Axel_Kollmenter and myself. Cool, how should we settle this? Or just leave it a tie?

    I like the idea.
The focus should be on the rendering itself.
    I would specify views.
So all render experts can show their render skills.

Great ideas. Once Render Battle #3 is finished, we can mix it up a bit for Render Battle #4.
I'm worried I may end up being the only participant for RB#3 :D
