I want to gather solidworks parts into a part studio and continue working on them there. How?
Derived parts are cumbersome as you have to modify each part in a seperate browser tab, then create new versions etc: very messy. It seems by far the best way is to make an assembly of the parts in solidworks and pack&go it then import the lot. Is that true? However, if I find later I've left some of the parts out of the…

If you have your part studio complete and then make an assembly to match it and then go back and tweak the part studio layout is there any way to "update" the assembly rather than re-insert any new parts or change the mates to reflect changes in the part studio?

Can't get Carr Lane part Drawings.
I have just signed up to Onshape and have nothing installed on my Laptop. So I just go the Onshapes website and log in. I'm trying to import some part programs from Carr Lane in the following 3D formatts, .step and .igs or .sldprt. Do I need to install another programs in my Laptop? If so what ones do I need?
