Let's Play Onshape Improvements Bingo!
I'll need your help setting up which IRs (Improvement Requests) make the list
Once we have about 50 unique IRs (I've chosen 10 random ones so far)
Then submit your name and which IR's you want from the list
I'll set up your score card by randomly placing your IRs
The official score card status will be live here: Onshape Bingo | Active Players
Rules:
1) You have until the next Onshape Update to enter your name / IRs
Then this document will be "locked in" the only updates to this Document will be changing the status of the IRs which will change the colors of your tiles
2) An Improvement will only count if the attached link has been changed to "completed" or "Closed" by Onshape.
(Sometimes this may take a few days or weeks for Onshape to change the IR status)
I'll favorite all of the listed IRs, so I am notified as soon as possible.
3) If an IR on this list gets rejected or removed from the Onshape IR list (such as a duplicate IR or impossible request)
Then the link in this document will be moved to the original IR in the case of duplication
or a message will be posted here letting you choose another IR from this list (as long as it has not been completed)
4) First player to complete a Bingo wins

- Vertical Column
- Diagonal Line
- 4 Corners

I was going to use Onshape's official list as the 'checks and balances'.
Since sometimes they will make an improvement, then check off an improvement as complete. But there are times when I've seen that where I don't feel it was complete, or didn't meet my expectations as 'complete'.
Like for example, allowing flat patterns to be flipped in a drawing.
They added the feature for it, but they did it at the sheet-metal feature in the part studio, rather than right click the view and say "bottom"
So, it doesn't work when you have mirrors and patterns of your sheet-metal part. So, I had to be put on another request for a more specific need.
But many other users needs were likely filled.
I feel using the status of the linked IR would have the least amount of controversy.

In the document, I see a player card for me but I can't edit it.
I would be interested.
I have not had time to list all the IRs I would like to see.
@sebastian_glanzner I would have to give everyone individual editability
since we're short on time, I just filled in the last 4 IRs so we at least have 24 squares (a full board)
So everyone has the same IRs, there aren't any extra, so there isn't anything to choose.
Then I put them on a spreadsheet with a random number
Then I sort the spreadsheet to get the order of the bingo board
Then I set the configurations of the tiles 1 by one to the scrambled list
Then I open the BOM and make sure I didn't have any duplicates

working my way down this thread - it looks like we don't have to select IRs any more - you'll generate a random layout for each player. Correct?

So far since I already set everyone up and I'm not sure how close to the next update we are.
I'm not adding any more IRs to the list yet.
I just don't want to edit half of them then the update comes, then half the people get an advantage.
Once we know what's improved for this round, I may add these IRs to the list, then allow people to swap out for their favorites. over the next couple weeks.
Because I guarantee I won't get a reply from everyone quick enough in the next day
Hole Feature Renames Itself — Onshape
As I said in the original post, once they have officially been marked as improved by Onshape, that's when they will be checked off.
