How to remove cross lines from drawing?

Can I set an offset between the dimension line and the part?
I miss the option to have the same distance between the part and the dimension line consistent throughout the drawing. In Inventor there was a simple setting that allowed quick dimensioning. Is there already an Improvement Request? I would be satisfied to vote for it.
